TRILEPTAL is an antiepileptic drug available as 150 mg, 300 mg, and 600 mg film-coated tablets for oral administration. Initiate at 300 mg PO twice daily. Titrate by 300 mg/day every third day or 600 mg/day every week as indicated and tolerated. Max: 2,400 mg/day, given in 2 divided doses.
